Q: What is included?
A: Qualifying Independent Agency Owner or Invited Independent Licensed Agent: Cruise fare in a Junior Dream Suite, taxes, fees, meals, gratuities, essential Wi-Fi, beverages (coffee, tea, water, sodas).
Guest Paid Rate: Cruise fare in a Junior Dream Suite, taxes, fees, meals, gratuities, essential Wi-Fi, and beverages (coffee, tea, water, sodas).
Q: What is NOT included?
A: Airfare and pre/post nights are not included.
Q: Do I need a passport to attend this event?
A: Yes, a valid passport is required to attend. Your passport must be valid for six months after your arrival date back in the US.
Q: Do I get to pick my cabin?
A: Celestyal will be assigning cabins.
Q: Can I attend as a solo traveler?
A: Yes, solo cabins are available for this trip at no additional single supplement.
Q: Are there triple and quad rooms available?
A: There may be availability for LIMITED triple occupancy cabins, if they are included in our group. Please contact Events@AvoyaTravel.com for additional information.
Q: Is there an age requirement for guests?
A: Avoya's age requirement for attendees is 12 years old, please note this is different from Celestyal's policy, and that is due to the nature of the event. When deciding on a guest attendee, please keep in mind that there will be Avoya programming while on board that will be mandatory.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Effective immediately upon registration and approval, there will be a cancellation fee per person if the Avoya Events Team is unable to refill your space. If the Avoya Events Team is able to refill your space the cancellation fee will be waived, less a non-refundable processing fee of $50. Please see the fees below:
- Qualifying IA - $500 cancellation fee
- Guest - $500 cancellation fee
Note, these fees will be assessed should the Events Team not be able to refill your cabin. If you are to cancel a guest and still attend as a solo, the guest fees will be non-refundable.
The Events Team HIGHLY encourages travel insurance for your trip to cover any costs should you have to cancel your trip. The Events Team will be able to provide any back up needed for any insurance claims should they be filed.
Avoya Events has instituted it's own Event cancellation policy, since Award space, and Event Staff resources, are limited. This supersedes the Supplier cancellation policy as the space we are holding is unique.
Q: Can I make a name change?
A: Name changes will be allowed until July 31, 2026 at a cost of $50.
Q: Will there be any Avoya programming that I have to attend?
A: Yes, there will be some Avoya programming that will be mandatory to attend. More information will come on the agenda for the event.
Q: Which cruise port will the ship be ported in Piraeus?
A: TBD
Q: What airport should I fly in and out of?
A: It is recommended to fly into Athens International Airport
Q: How early can I disembark for my flight?
A: From Celestyal, Passengers should estimate that the disembarkation process wills start approximately 2 hours after the arrival time of the vessel in the port. Please note that 3 hours prior to flights’ departure time, pax must be at the airport.
Q: Can I book transfers through Celestyal?
A: Yes, once you have your booking number you will be able to add airport transfers to your book your transfers.
Q: Are ETIAs required for this sailing?
A: No, ETIAs are not yet required, but are expected to be required starting late 2026. Please be cognizant of this and keep an eye on it for your departure.
Q: Are there specific Greek Tourism Fees I should be aware of?
A: Yes! For the Heavenly Adriatic - 20€ per person and Idyllic Greece - 60€ per person will be applied to your onboard account. Please see below additional information from Celestyal Cruises:
Tourism Sustainability Fee
Please be informed that effective as of 21 July 2025 and in accordance with Greek Lay 5162/2024 and Ministerial Decree FEK B/3343/30.06.2025 a new passenger fee, the Tourism Sustainability Fee, is imposed. This fee is a statutory obligation, collected solely on behalf of the relevant Greek governmental authority, and is mandatory for all individuals visiting and/or disembarking at Greek ports.
The applicable charges per person per port are as follows:

The applicable amount will be automatically charged to your clients onboard account based on the Greek ports at which they visit and/or disembark throughout the duration of the cruise. The total fee will be reflected in the final cruise invoice.
Q: Where do I complete my online check in once I have my booking number?
A: You can complete your online check-in and review your booking here. Should you need any updates to your booking (i.e. name update, DOB update), please email Michelle.Showalter@AvoyaTravel.com, do not go to Celestyal directly.
