Q5: Can my ILA book their own cabin or do they have to room with me.

ILA's are welcome to book their own cabin, but if we notice that an ILA who is also your significant other books a separate cabin only so that a friend or family member may enjoy the low rates we will be cancelling the 2nd cabin. No room swaps allowed.

Q6: What is the cancellation policy?
A:
Immediately in effect, your registration costs are non-refundable. If the Avoya Events Team is able to fill your cabin, your registration fees may be refundable, less a cancellation fee listed below:

  • Should you cancel before May 31, there will be a $45 per person cancellation fee.
  • Should you cancel between June 1 - July 31, there will be a $149  per person cancellation fee.
  • Should you cancel after August 1, your registration costs will be non-refundable.
  • The Events Team will do what they can to refill your room, but please note it will take time to fill.

The Events Team HIGHLY encourages travel insurance for your trip to cover any costs should you have to cancel your trip. The Events Team will be able to provide any back-up needed for any insurance claims should they be filed.

Avoya Events has instituted it's own Event cancellation policy, since space is limited and so are the Event Staff Resources. This supersedes the Supplier cancellation policy as the space we are holding is unique.

Q7: Do I book my own cabin?
A:
No, the Events Team will be booking your cabin on your behalf once your registration is complete. There must be an Independent Agency Owner or ILA in each cabin.

Yes, you will be able to select a deluxe balcony or premium oceanview cabin upon registration. Please note, Princess Cruises will be assigning cabins within the group.

A:
No, however, you will be able to select your bedding configuration when completing your online check-in with Princess Cruises.

A:
Star Princess departs Fort Lauderdale at 3:00pm — earlier than the typical 5:00–6:00pm cruise departure. Embarkation begins at 12:00pm. We strongly recommend arriving in Fort Lauderdale the night before or on an early morning flight to avoid any risk of missing the ship. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you register for a double occupancy cabin and list a roommate as TBD, your registration will remain pending until there is another IA/ILA/or Guest on your registration. If you cancel your guest's reservation, and single cabins are no longer available, the full guest's fare will be non-refundable.

Q24: What if my passport or my guests' passport is off for renewal? Can I still complete my registration?
