Once you have completed your registration for yourself and/or your guest, you will have the opportunity to select payment plan on the payment page.
If you select the payment plan, below is the structure of payments:
Payment Plan:
- 50% of registration fees due upon registration
- 75% of registration fees due 30 days after registration
- 100% of registration fees due 60 days after registration
Payment Plan Example:
- IA & Guest register on January 15 together, registration fee total is $948
- Due February 13: $474 (50% of registration fees)
- Due March 15: $237
- Due April 14: $237
Should you select the payment plan option, you will be responsible for logging back into your registration to process the payments due on the appropriate dates. Should you not log back in to pay your balance that is due, you may be subject to cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email of your payment plan once you have completed your registration. It will note the payment plan terms and you will receive an email prior to when your payment is due.
All registration fees MUST be PAID IN FULL by Friday, May 1, 2026, regardless of the first payment date. Should you fail to submit payment in full by that date, your registration will be subject to cancellation.
