The Events Team HIGHLY encourages travel insurance for your trip to cover any costs should you have to cancel your trip. The Events Team will be able to provide any back-up needed for any insurance claims should they be filed.
Avoya Events has instituted it's own Event cancellation policy, since space is limited and so are the Event Staff Resources. This supersedes the Supplier cancellation policy as the space we are holding is unique.
