An IA and any ILA (regardless of Sales) of the same Agency, can register in the same cabin at the pricing above. If a qualifying $1M+ Producing ILA is booking their own cabin in addition to the Agency Owner any ILA (regardless of Sales) of the same Agency, can reregister in the same cabin at the pricing above.

Examples: 

$1 million + Agency Owner/ILA is attending with a guest - Registration costs: $399 IA / $849 Guest 
$1 million+ Agency Owner/ILA is attending with an ILA of their agency - Registration costs: $399 IA / $399 ILA 
$1 million+ Agency Owner/ILA is attending with an IA/ILA of another agency - Registration costs: $399 IA (million dollar producer) / $699 (another IA/ILA)

What is not included in Conference pricing above: 

  • Gratuities for guests ($16 pp/pd = $112 for entirety of the sailing) 
  • Airfare
  • Ground Transfers 
  • Pre/Post Nights 
  • Travel Insurance

Current FIT Rate including Easy Plus Drink Package and Basic Wi-Fi one device per person should you book direct with MSC Cruises: 

  • Deluxe Balcony (Double Occupancy): $1,604.44/pp
  • Deluxe Balcony (Single Occupancy): $2,949.45/pp
  • Infinite Oceanview (Double Occupancy): $1,454.44/pp

Once you have completed your registration for yourself and/or your guest, you will have the opportunity to select payment plan on the payment page. 

If you select the payment plan, below is the structure of payments: 

Payment Plan:

  • 25% of registration fees due upon registration 
  • 50% of registration fees due 30 days after registration 
  • 75% of registration fees due 60 days after registration 
  • 100% of registration fees due 90 days after registration 

 

Payment Plan Example: 

  • IA & Guest register on March 27 together in a balcony cabin, registration fee total is $1,528
  • Due March 27: $382 (25% of registration fees) 
  • Due April 26: $382
  • Due May 26: $382
  • Due June 25: $382

Should you select the payment plan option, you will be responsible for logging back into your registration to process the payments due on the appropriate dates. Should you not log back in to pay your balance that is due, you may be subject to cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email of your payment plan once you have completed your registration. It will note the payment plan terms and you will receive an email prior to when your payment is due. 

All registration fees MUST be PAID IN FULL by July 31, 2025. Should you fail to submit payment in full by that date, your registration may be subject to cancellation.
