We are SO glad that you have decided to join us for the 2025 Avoya Travel Conference. Please read through the below prior to completing your registration as it will guide you through the process of registration. 

Below you will enter your @AvoyaNetwork.com email address when completing your registration. After you have entered your email address and selected your registration type, you will be prompted to the next page to enter your personal information. 

Within your registration as an IA/ILA you will be able to select your room type as a single occupancy or double occupancy. Please note, single occupancy rooms are limited. 

If you are registering as a double occupancy, you will be prompted to enter your roommates name whether it is a guest or another IA/ILA. If you are attending with a guest, you will complete your registration first and then be prompted to complete your guests registration on step 6 of the registration process. If you are attending with another IA/ILA, they will complete their own registration and the Events Team will link your registrations together.
