Q1: What is the cost?

Q2: Who can attend? 
A: This is an invitation-only event for Independent Agents who have hit $1 million in sales with Preferred Suppliers in 2025 OR are pacing to $1 Million in sales with Preferred Suppliers in 2025. This is based on Independent Agent and not Agency. 
Participating Guests are permitted to stay in your room and attend a cocktail party and final night dinner. However, they are not permitted to attend any of the Avoya sessions, including the General Session, Breakout Sessions, 1:1 Appointments, Breakfasts, Lunches, Tradeshow, and any other dinners.

  • Defining a participating guest: anyone who has not received an invitation to attend this event as a Top-Producing Independent Agent. Even if you are affiliated with Avoya, but you have not hit the $1 million sales mark, you will be considered a guest at this event.

Non-Participating Guests are permitted to stay in your room and have resort privileges. They are not permitted to attend any Avoya event functions. 

Q3: What is included in my registration?

Registration for the Independent Agent (seller of $1 million)
Hotel room for 3-nights at the beautiful Waldorf Astoria Orlando
Most Meals
Educational Sessions
Networking time with Suppliers and Avoya Staff
Off-Site Event TBD

Q4: What is included in my participating guests' registration? 
A: Accommodations with qualifying $1 million Producing IA/ILA and two evening social events (welcome cocktail party and final night on-site cocktail party & dinner).

If guests are permitted, information and pricing for the off-site night will be released. 

Q5: What is not included in my registration
A: 
Airfare and transfers to the hotel are not included. Any pre or post-nights at the hotel are also not included.

Q6: What is the location of the event?

Q7: What is the cancellation policy?
A: 
Due to the likelihood of this event selling out, should  you cancel after July 7, 2025, a $399 per person cancellation fee will apply.


Q8: Do I have to attend the Avoya events?  
A: Yes, you will be required to attend all Avoya events, including the workshops and 1:1 appointments that are scheduled. Guests are only permitted to attend specific events, as listed above. Should you fail to attend all Avoya scheduled events, we reserve the right to charge you the cancellation fee and the costs for the sponsored hotel and events noted above.

Q9: What airport should I fly into?
A: 
It is recommended that you fly into Orlando International Airport.

Q10: Are transfers included from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport?
A: 
Transfers from the airport to the hotel are not included.  

Q11: Are there any special rates for pre-nights or post-nights at the Waldorf Astoria?
A: Yes, we have secured special rates that are available three nights prior to or three nights after the event at a deeply discounted rate of $244 per night + tax and a discounted resort fee of $10 per night (normally $50). Pre/post nights are based on availability with the hotel. 

Q12: Is there a charge for parking at the Waldorf Astoria?
A: Yes, valet parking is $57 per day plus applicable taxes. Self-parking is available at $30 per day (discounted $10 for our group) plus applicable taxes. 


Q13: When can I expect to receive my confirmation for the hotel if I request pre/post nights? 
A:
 We will work with the hotel on the best way to book the additional nights, in your registration you can request the nights. As soon as we have additional information on how to secure and pay we will advise those that have requested additional nights.

  • Monday, August 4 | Welcome White Night Cocktail Party Sponsored by Azamara Cruises 
    • Dress to impress in elegant, all-white attire with a relaxed resort flair.
  • Tuesday, August 5 | Disney Night sponsored by Disney Destinations
    • Dress code: Theme Park casual. We recommend comfortable shoes and attire, and feel free to show your Disney spirit or channel your favorite character! This will be an indoor/outdoor event.
  • Wednesday, August 6 | Mirrorball Masquerade Award Dinner 
    • Dazzle in your most dazzling attire — think sequins, metallics, rich fabrics, and dramatic silhouettes. Cocktail or formal attire is recommended, with a touch of mystery: a mask is a must. Shine like a mirrorball and let your look reflect the magic of the night.
