Q2: Who can attend?
A: This is an invitation-only event for Independent Agents who have hit $1 million in sales with Preferred suppliers in 2026 OR are pacing to $1 million in sales with Preferred Suppliers in 2026. This is based on Independent Agent and not Agency.

Participataing Guests are permitted to stay in your room and attend the welcome cocktail party, off-site event, and final night dinner. However, they are not permitted to attend any of the Avoya sessions, including the General Sessions, workshops, 1:1 appointments, breakfasts, lunches or any other dinners. 

Defining a 'guest': anyone who has not received an invitation to attend this event as a Top-Producing Independent Agent. even if you are affiliated with Avoya, but you have not hit the $1 million sales mark, you will be considered a guest at this event.

Q3: What is included in my registration?
A: The following is included with your registration:

  • Registration for the Independent Agent (seller of $1 Million+)
  • Accommodations for 3-nights at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
  • Most Meals (cocktail party, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners)
  • Educational Sessions and Workshops
  • 1:1 Appointments with Suppliers
  • Networking Time with Suppliers and Avoya Staff
  • Off-site evening event 

Q4: What is included in my participating guests' registration? 
A: Accommodations with qualifying $1 million Producing IA/ILA and three evening social events (welcome cocktail party, off-site event, and final night on-site cocktail party & dinner)

Q5: What is not included in my registration
A: Airfare, transfers to the hotel, pre or post-nights at the hotel are not included.

Q6: What's included in my non-participating guests' registration? 
A: Accommodations with qualifying $1 Million Producing IA/ILA (up to 1 adult guest). Additional 3rd or 4th adult guests will incur an additional fee of $30 per person, per night to be charged in your registration, and will need to be added by the Events Team. Should you wish to add a 3rd or 4th non-participating guest, please reach out to Events@AvoyaTravel.com.

Q7: When is the last day I can add a participating guest? 
A: You can add a participating guest up until Friday, June 26. After that date only non-participating guests will be able to be added to reservations.

Q8: What is the location of the event?
A: Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, 7575 E Princess Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85255

Q9: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Due to the likelihood of this event selling out, should  you cancel after July 7, 2026, a $399 per person cancellation fee will apply.

Q10: Do I have to attend the Avoya events?  
A: Yes, you will be required to attend all Avoya events, including the workshops and 1:1 appointments that are scheduled. Guests are only permitted to attend specific events, as listed above. Should you fail to attend all Avoya scheduled events, we reserve the right to charge you the cancellation fee and the costs for the sponsored hotel and events noted above.

Q11: What airport should I fly into?
A: It is recommended that you fly into Phoenix International Airport.

Q12: How far is the hotel from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) Airport?
A: The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is approximately 25–30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, depending on traffic.

Q13: Are transfers included from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport?
A: Transfers from the airport to the hotel are not included.  

Q14: What time should I arrive, and when does the event end?
A: Plan to arrive on the first day for check-in anytime in the the afternoon and a light welcome reception that evening. Programming concludes late morning on the final day, and we ask that guests plan to depart the hotel no earlier than noon. If you’d like to extend your stay, be sure to check out the special rate mentioned below.

Q15: Are there any special rates for pre-nights or post-nights at the Fairmond Scottsdale Princess?
A: Yes, we have secured special rates that are available three nights prior to or three nights after the event at a deeply discounted rate of $159 per night + tax and a discounted resort fee of $30 per night (normally $55). Pre/post nights are based on availability with the hotel. 

Q16: Is there a charge for parking at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess?
A: Yes, please see below:

  • Valet:
    • $26 per day +applicable taxes
    • $40 overnight+applicable taxes
  • Self Parking:
    • $18 per day +applicable taxes
    • $28 overnight+applicable taxes

Q17: When can I expect to receive my confirmation for the hotel if I request pre/post nights? 
A: We will work with the hotel on the best way to book the additional nights, in your registration you can request the nights. As soon as we have additional information on how to secure and pay we will advise those that have requested additional nights.
