We're SO glad that you have decided to join us for the 2025 Avoya Travel Conference. Please read through the below prior to completing your registration as it will guide you through the process of registration. 

When completing your registration you will enter your @AvoyaNetwork.com email address when completing your registration. After you have entered your email address and selected your registration type, you will be prompted to the next page to enter your personal information. 

Within your registration as an IA/ILA you will be able to select your room type as a single occupancy or double occupancy. Please note, single occupancy cabins are extremely limited and may sell out prior to registration being open to the entire network. 

If you are registering as a double occupancy, you will be prompted to enter your roommates name whether it is a guest or another IA/ILA. If you are attending with a guest, you will complete your registration first and then be prompted to complete your guests registration on step 6 of the registration process. If you are attending with another IA/ILA, they will complete their own registration and the Events Team will link your registrations together. 

When starting a guest registration, you will have to use a different email other than your own @AvoyaNetwork.com email address.

Agencies will be given access to register in the following order using their 2024 Preferred Sales Recognition.

• Best of the Best Access ($2M+) starts Monday, March 17 at 10:00 AM PST 
• Top Producer Access ($1M+) starts Wednesday, March 19 at 9:00 AM PST 
• Open Access (All Agencies) starts Monday, March 24 at 9:00 AM PST
